Refund policy

Check your order at delivery. Because you pay by cash on delivery, you can check the package when the courier arrives. If the box is clearly damaged, you can refuse it and pay nothing.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the problem. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you by bank transfer within 5-7 working days.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, items that were used or damaged by the customer, items missing parts or packaging, or claims made more than 48 hours after delivery.
